Irina is not just your average real estate agent… She is a home-selling machine. Irina’s clients love her enthusiasm for the business, prompt service, and expertise in the field.
Originally from Siberia, Irina moved to Ottawa when she was 14 years old and immediately fell in love with the city. Ottawa offers an exciting and always-evolving market; being a part of its development, as well as her passion for client care, is what inspired Irina to become a real estate professional.
While real estate is Irina’s main focus, there is another passion in her life – she is a member of a 7-piece Motown band, The Hornettes, and has been playing shows in Ottawa for many years, including the Ottawa Bluesfest and Jazzfest.

Bruce grew up in farming country just outside of Ottawa, which allowed him to enjoy the sense of security and freedom that comes with living in a small community while also being able to experience all that the city had to offer. Later in his twenties as a musician, Bruce toured with his band and recorded in a variety of cities in North America, however, eventually Bruce grew weary of the nomadic lifestyle on a tour bus and came to realize the value in being part of a greater community that fosters a feeling of home.
Where you choose to live allows you the opportunity to nurture everything that is important in life: family, friends, pets, love, self-expression, and life’s trials and tribulations; it’s all cradled and grown within a home. Bruce understands the importance of finding a place to cultivate that feeling. As your real estate agent, he will be a steady hand and voice of advice, advocacy, and reason when helping you list or find your home.
Rose Hack

Rose was born and raised in the Ottawa area, and has developed a deep connection with the city. She is a graduate from both Ottawa University and Algonquin college. She is active in her community and has a passion for participating in softball and other organized sports. She enjoys discovering new restaurants and breweries and sharing her experiences with friends.
Rose leverages her deep knowledge of Ottawa, along with her hard work ethic, to deliver the highest level of service to each of her clients. She is personable, patient and good humoured. Rose excels at helping her clients feel at ease as she coaches them through the intricate processes of buying/selling real estate.

Kacey Leeks

Kacey Leeks joins The Agency as the newest member of The Irina Popova Home Team.
With an extensive background in residential leasing and property management, Kacey is ready to elevate her real estate career and find her clients a home for the long haul. Kacey is also experienced in pre-construction and luxury sales having worked for one of Ottawa’s most renowned builders.
Coupled with her charismatic personality and go-getter mentality, Kacey is a driving force. She is passionate about building strong relationships and always leads her clients with transparency and honesty.
Outside of real estate, Kacey is passionate about health and fitness. In 2022 she competed in her first fitness competition and placed 1st overall in her category after months of hard work and dedication. Living a healthy lifestyle has been a foundational pillar to Kacey’s success. In her free time, Kacey enjoys travelling, trying new recipes, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a foodie and loves checking out Ottawa’s newest restaurants.
